“Jen’s workshop was not only highly informative and educational, but a transformative community endeavor, one definitely worth experiencing! Jenn brought incredible energy and passion to all aspects of her workshop, delving into the evidence-based research on the ethics of self-care and burnout, facilitating ethical discussions of case studies, and fostering a deep understanding of creative expression’s impact on self-care through practice. My favorite part was learning about the many ways to complete the stress cycle, and it was so fun to take a deep dive into one of those ways, the practice of creative expression, both individually and in community. Whether you are someone who gravitates towards the creative expression or counted yourself out as an artist long ago, this ethics training is for you!!”

“This was my favorite session, i wish all of them were more like this”
-2025 Conference Training Participant
“This was my favorite workshop of the conference! Jennifer is an excellent presenter. Not only did she manage a standing-room-only crowd and keep us engaged, but she seamlessly adjusted her approach to make sure everyone had an opportunity to participate in a multitude of exercises. Her use of technology was very fun! Jennifer was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, kind, thoughtful, and had a great sense of humor. I hope Jennifer comes back again!”
-2025 Conference Training Participant

-2025 Training Participant
“Super Fun! I love art so I was really excited when this was a big part of the workshop. Getting to do collages and play with art with other attendees was a lot of fun. I really liked the website she used to have us answer questions, it was cool to see a real time expression of what everyone was thinking. Totally would attend again!”
-2025 Training Participant
“Another favorite of mine for the conference! They did a great job alternating their presentation, lots of opportunity to engage through the presentation and phone responses. This kept me engaged and I feel that this allowed a LARGE crowd for this presentation to feel heard and still give opportunity to participate.”
-2025 Conference Training Participant
“The presenters knocked this out of the park. Truly one of the best workshops I’ve attended. Visuals, participation tools, and discussion questions/prompts made this session great.”
-2025 Conference Training Participant
“The presenters were compassionate and knowledgeable. They did a great job engaging the crowd and managing some heavy topics with ease.”
-2025 Training Participant
“Jennifer and Rebecca work well together. It's wonderful to have their expertise in trauma treatment to learn from. They are a dynamic duo! I learned so much from them. I hope they come again and help guide our paths to competent trauma treatment.”
-2025 Conference Training Participant
“Interactive, learned new things related to terminology and communication strategies, and got a better understanding of how microaggressions impact this population.”
-2024 Training Participant
“Great. Thank you! I appreciate your warmth, openness and presence. The use of phones to allow for anonymity in questions created a very safe space.”
-2023 Training Participant
“Well done! I would enjoy having an annual update from Jennifer, to help build my skills/knowledge.”
-2023 Training Participant
“This was the best of the conference! A nice mix of discussion, group work, experiential + information. Presenter was excellent + good @ time management. Make sure we got the material, allowed participation but didn’t seem rushed!”
-2019 Conference Training Participant
“Very skilled facilitator/presenter. Able to hold the tension+balance between substantive material presentation and group interaction. Very practical, specific, hands on material takeaways for use in practice”
-2019 Training Participant

Neurodivergence shows up everywhere, even in supervision. This rarely explored topic is worthy of it's own exploration into the various ways that neurodivergence intersects with clinical supervision. During this Lunch & Learn we will introduce the concept by going over definitions and aspects of neurodivergence, identifying how neurodivergence shows up on both sides of the supervision relationship, and uncovering ways to be supportive of various neurotypes of both supervisee and supervisor.

12:45-4pm, Live, Virtual
Approved by NASW NH for 3 CEUs, Supervision
We carry all of our identities with us into supervision, as supervisees and supervisors alike. If we want to create and foster supervision spaces that are safe and affirming—spaces where both parties can show up authentically—we must bring awareness and intentionality to the process.
In this 3-hour workshop, participants will explore topics including LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent affirmation, executive functioning support in supervision, and making space for supervisors’ own needs within the supervisory relationship. The training will also address common questions supervisors face about how to acknowledge and affirm LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent identities in supervision while maintaining appropriate professional roles and boundaries.

Approved by NASW NH for 3 Live In-Person CEUs
We are living in complex times where clinical considerations of Use of Self are...tricky. While countertransference has always been an important clinical aspect to be aware of and explore, these days our own parts are extra vulnerable - this warrants increased self-reflection and new tools to use for keeping our own "stuff" in check. SoulCollage® can be a helpful creative tool for clinicians to utilize in their own self-reflection to deepen their understanding of themes that contribute to countertransference. In this hands-on workshop participants will dive into their own experiences with countertransference, explore and identify aspects of themselves that contribute, and engage in creativity via SoulCollage® as a means to deeper understanding of themselves in order to aid in their clinical work.
