We are specifically LGBTQIA+ Affirming in all of our work. Here, you won’t have to worry about needing to educate or “convince” anyone of your identity. Jennifer is an expert in this area and frequently trains other mental health clinicians in how to be LGBTQIA+ Affirming.

Animals offer humans many benefits, lowering blood pressure and heart rate, increasing connection with others, and providing additional sensory experiences. When possible, we incorporate work with our animal partner Eben into our therapy.

All of our work is grounded in an understanding that most people have experienced difficult things in their lifetime. Everyone processes these challenges in their own way. We want to understand you, what you’ve been through, and how you want to heal.
